I realized after 40 minutes away from Browns that my warning light on mirror that warns of a car in my blind spot was not working. So now I have to return the car to have this repaired. This is a huge inconvenience!

While I was satisfied with the repairs, and how my vehicle looks after the repairs were completed, after picking up my vehicle, the battery died about 45 minutes later. I found it to be odd, and now have some concerns as to things being left on during the repair process, that led to the battery dying.

Passenger door doesn’t close correctly and the odometer screen is cracked. Ver y happy with Amanda and her keeping me posted on the progress. Just need a little more attention to detail.

It was very very nice to get my car back and to see that it had been vacuumed and the dashboard cleared of all dust. It was always easy to contact you with questions and I felt informed throughout the entire process. I hope that I will not need an auto body repair shop in my future. If I do need one though, I hope that it is with ****. Thank you. If anyone needs auto body service then I will be recommending you!
