Brown's Collision Center - Charlottesville

The enterprise car rental employee needs help. They should have had the car there on site. Also there was a 30 min. wait to be interviewed by him. **** was all good.

I've always had a good experience at ****. Jared was very helpful and even got my car fixed a day early since I told him I was paying for rental out-of-pocket. Excellent service!

The attention to excellence was very evident. George was not satisfied with the paint on one of the doors so he sent it back to be repainted. That resulted in my car being with you for another few days but I very much appreciated it as the car looks perfect.

The service on my Jeep was great. The day I dropped it off, was not. I rode in with the towtruck driver, he told the woman setting in the room to the right that he had parked it out back. I waited for the enterprise person to come back from wherever she was, went to get my rental, came back, and asked where my vehicle was, I was told it wasnt even there. This kinda threw me off guard because of what the tow truck driver has stated to them. I told them yes it was that it had been dropped off and was told they had no idea, the conversation went south from there. I will take responsibility for becoming heated, i had just been in a accident 2 hours prior, but what happend and what was said to me showed me incompetence. I did call my insurance company that day to make sure that where i was leaving my vehicle was ok due to this.

Thank you Richard for keeping me informed and replacing my rear reflector.
