Great work on my car, customer service was fantastic and the repair guys were super friendly! Thanks to all of the staff for their conscientious efforts with everything that they do. On a side note, I think it's amazing how I got to learn about a specific recall part on my car during my repair (which I had no idea about before with my car). So I really appreciate everyone there who took the time to run my VIN and check for recall parts like that, Overall, great service and will give a big thumbs up to anyone requiring any major revamping of their cars with ****'s.

The e-mail notification system was confusing because we received a notice that our car would be ready at a certain time so we showed up but car wasn't ready. I also called at lunch time to confirm it would be ready but I didn't receive a call in return. So I would suggest making sure the e-mail notification system and the agents are in sync with times a vehicle would be ready. This would mitigate customer confusion between the automatic system and the agent's expectations of meeting timeline. Our agent Travis was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and paid attention to quality!.

Disappointed. All parts were NOT installed as identified in the initial estimate. Vehicle with brake dust residue on all wheel after being washed. Residue marks on lower newly repaired and painted door. Two tar like adhesive spots on passenger seat. What happened to the quality check before the customer is told their vehicle is ready for pick up? I welcome an opertunity to speak with your representing. Thank you.

The wrong glass was used in the mirror and when the door panel was replaced the auto unlock connection was interrupted and so does not work. As well as the seat memory position buttons are not connected and do not work. The good news is all the people are very nice.

The car was not painted the correct color. Although it was made right, the trip back and forth to Charlottesville and extra time was a hassle.
