The repair itself was good and so were Marcus and Josh - the technicians with whom I dealt. You asked if I was COMPLETELY satisfied though and I had to say no for two reasons. ****. The trunk wasn't vacuumed out like it was supposed to have been. I know that the courtesy cleaning isn't like a detailing but I specifically asked if the trunk would be vacuumed and was told 'yes'. 2. I was also unhappy about having to fill out hard copy paperwork the morning that I dropped off my car for repair. A lot of the information that I was asked was already on file and the other information - which I guess is put in for legal purposes - could have been delivered electronically. In any case, at the least that Drop-Off Form could easily be abridged with a lot of information like address, claim #, VIN #, already filled in on the form by the computer.

Upon closer inspection by my husband, we saw that the hitch was not properly bolted on, inside back door panel not completely attached almost falling off, left rear quarter panel was not repaired at all, bumper is in a bind to where the hitch bolts don't line up. Above that on the way home, not 20 minutes from pickup, it cut off on me and had to call my son who was working to come pick me up. The car not running properly has caused trouble for me we were planning on going out of town and now those plans are ruined due to no car. I will never deal with **** or geico again.

There is a couple of spots that paint is not well done, space between bumper and chassis still open and visible, has to wait at pick up for changing a light bulb and adjust trunk to be able to close
