Most things were excellent, and the staff is incredible!!!! However, the process for picking up a completed vehicle needs to have some flexibility. Getting a call at 4:45 to pick up my car by 5:30 or I will be charged an extra day for my rental car since my insurance company won’t pay for it is not very settling. Maybe that is a question for my insurance, but when I am stuck at work most nights until 7 and have no down time during the day, it gets concerning. Otherwise, everything else was completely fantastic.

I appreciated receiving all the almost daily updates via email throughout the repair process, such as when parts were being ordered, any delays and confirmation of the expected completion date. However, the estimated completion date passed and I didn't receive an update until the following business day that it had been extended two more business days. Then I stopped receiving the email updates and had to call daily to check in on the status. I was very pleased that the car was returned directly to me so I didn't have to pick it up, but upon turning the car on, my alert light for one of the tires was lit up. The front right tire had dropped about 10 psi down to 21 while the others were at 30. This was not a tire involved in the damage, however I was not happy that this wasn't noticed before being returned to me. It was not a slight drop in psi either. The staff at ****'s were very friendly and responsive when I would call, but the overall process was not to be desired.

The crew kept me updated with text messages. The service was excellent and when I accidentally responded to a text with “I love you. ????????????” I received a phone call immediately from the collision team just to see if everything was ok. I explained my error and the man I spoke with was so understanding. We had a good laugh over it! Everything was awesome. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Fantastic craftsmanship! I could not have been happier with the service.
