Not a **** issue. Geico authorized after market parts that left a gap between panels that I'm not happy with. I will take it up with Geico. I would have paid the difference to have to repair right. This repair reduces the resale value of my vehicle.

I asked that my car be taken for a safety inspection after the repairs were finished. I mentioned it again when I dropped the car off. The receptionist made a note on my file and I gave her my registration and insurance. When I picked the car up I noticed that the inspection sticker hadn't been changed. The car hadn't been inspected.

One new headlight makes the other look terrible and it stands out like a sore thumb. Not happy at all. The cigarette lighter didn't get fixed. And it was told it stopped working along with the blinker switch. Again NOT HAPPY NOR SATISFIED

I think everything was perfect from GEICO and enterprise from the first call when I reported my accident.. Just two days before I had been getting auto insurance prices from different companies.. Looking for something less costly..but since this service I will definitely not be leaving GEICO.

You guys dropped the **** on me. When I brought the car in for the appraisal, I told you I wanted to repair the front grill and bumper separate from the rear bumper insurance claim. I mentioned this again when I was called regarding the progress. Nothing was done on the front bumper, nor did you contact me with a damage estimate.
