Cosmetically, the repair looks fantastic. Couldn’t be happier, you even fixed prior work that had not be done correctly. However, mechanically, you dropped the **** again. I was told an alignment was done in the vehicle. I am a 20+ year master mechanic, and had just done an alignment on this vehicle. Whereas the vehicle may be in specification, the steering wheel is off. Not totally centered. Driving the vehicle, it was the first thing I noticed. I’ll take care of it next time I go to work. Very pleasant experience! The receptionists were super nice, and I loved how quickly I was in and out! The quality of work done on my car was amazing. My car was very clean and looking brand new. The free ice scraper was a nice touch, too!

There is a noticeable difference between the fit of the hood on the drivers side compared to the passenger side. There is a gap in which the metal under the hood can be easily seen. Also, we noticed under the lights tonight that there is an orange peel effect on the hood’s paint and the paint color/metal flake content doesn’t appear to match the rest of the car. This car isn’t even a year old and I would hope it could be restored more closely to its original condition. Thanks for your attention to this.
