They were very friendly, quick and efficient. They even cleaned and vacuumed my car from what it looks like ( I’m a mom so that means a WHLOE LOT to me) If this is the service I get at the Collision Center then I just might be visiting the auto center in a few months to purchase/ upgrade my vehicle. I guess there’s a reason why every car here in Charlottesville has a “****’s Auto” plate tag on it. Great service. :)

While the outside of the car was perfect, the inside of the car smelled of paint for several days after picking it up. I realize it is winter and would have been hard to air out the inside prior to handing it back to me but it would have been nice. Otherwise, wonderful job on the paint, dents, tail light, etc. Thank you!

The vehicle was completed late and when I first arrived to pick up the car the door that was worked on did not open so I had to wait through the weekend to be able to get my car. That said, the team kept me notified and was very polite. No need to contact me back.

When I took my car back after a front-end repair, the passenger side headlight and blinker hadn't been reconnected. It was a minor but avoidable inconvenience. Just make sure everyone double checks their work.

There were noticeable issues when I picked up my car, and more that I have discovered since then that I didn't spot while I was there. I don't have a lot of experience picking out repair work/damage, especially with the circumstances (cold/wet day, excitement of returning the rental and getting to drive my car again) The first issue was the uneven gap between fender/hood/headlight. The next issue was check engine light. Both issues were addressed that day (but I'm not confident about the light because the code was only cleared, no further investigation to the cause of the code) I noticed the paint on the hood has sunken in in a few spots (I'm guessing it was some bondo or something underneath) and a cut on my rear bumper that wasn't there before. I opened the driver door and saw lots of powdery hand prints on the weather stripping. So no. I'm not completely satisfied and at this point wouldn't recommend your shop to anyone.

I am glad that I got the roof and the windshield fixed. But I am very disappointed about the mess I found all over my car inside and outside of it. And I have to mention it was almost dark outside when I went to pick up my car. And in a such a poor light I was able to see gray over spray on the front right, a scratch on the driver s door right on top of the handle, inside of the car all covered with dust, dirt and small pieces of glass everywhere, finger prints and black spots all over the headliner and a hole on it on the driver side / back of the mirror. I will be honest and I am gonna say I feel nervous to go check on it in the day light. Very unprofessional, I am sorry.
