Repair to the plastic around the front seat doesn’t meet up tightly where the two pieces come together. The man told me they worked an hour on and it was the best they can do. I expressed my concern that it might not hold. He said if it did bring it back and they would see what they could do.

I was totally satisfied with my local Service King repair shop. I was not happy with the erroneous email from corporate headquarters. They told me that my car would not be ready until 11/13/2017. I picked it today instead.

Service king automatic update response system seem to be out of sync with the actual locations. Despite the minor inconvenience I am THOROUGHLY satisfied with the service done on my vehicle. I would highly recommend SERVICE KING COLLISION AND REPAIR.

Having someone call with updates, not texting estimated pick up ****.5 weeks past expected timeframe for work to be done. Having better communication would have made this better.

Very disappointed in how the employees treated me and others I seen walk through the front door. They had very little respect for me as a costumer. They didn't care what I had to say, and continued to walk off from me as I was still talking. Mainly the older man that handled my damage report in the beginning, and also presented my truck to me when they was done with the repairs. For the most part repairs look fine, but I had a lot of white dust, and grimy residue left on the inside and out of my truck. It was VERY dirty!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

Everyone at Service King was very kind as well as professional. They kept me up to date on how repairs were going on my van. I was very pleased with the care they took of my van and the quickness in repairing it. I highly recommend Service King to anyone in need of body work.
