First of all I like to see women working in a field that used to be pretty much all men.your staff was very nice. I especially liked how you kept me informed on the progress of my car. Some places you have to call and nag them but you guys let me know on progress of my car

Usually, they would left me a small touch up paint in the car, but not this time
In the past 5 year, I had at least 4 repairs done and I they always leave me
small bottle touch up paint (which I believe the left over from spray gun). Other
than that, the car looks good so far under the rain. I have to wait to see
to inspect it closely when the rain stops.

I was completely happy with the communication about my vehicle while it was in the shop, and everyone I spoke with. However, my rear hatch isn’t closing comfortably despite the repairs. Is it possible to have that issue resolved?
