I'm ok with the general quality of the work performed. I'm not as happy with the way that the mechanical damage was handled, though I recognize that this was probably beyond Fix control.

Jay has been very helpful during this process however my car is not performing how it was before the accident and the leather on my seat and steering wheel are ripped.
