The repair work was excellent but the automated messaging system needs some work. I received several texts informing me that my car would be ready by 4pm in a Friday. I couldn't make it on Friday, but when I showed up to get my car on Monday, it still wasn't ready. I wasn't in a hurry to get the car, but had to inconvenience a co-worker twice to take me to pick up a car that wasn't ready.
