When I went to pick up the car Monday night after I had paid and given my rental car back, I was given an opportunity to inspect the car where I noticed the weather stripping around the sun roof was missing. The car was left at Zara’s and fortunately I was able to get the same rental car back, after one of the employees drove me to enterprise. It is now the middle of the day on Wednesday and I have not received any communication from Zara’s.

The repair work was done so professionally you couldn't even see where the damage was done. Zara's was absolutely wonderful working with us from the moment we called. They contacted the insurance company and got everything scheduled for us. They had a rental car waiting and made the entire process stress free. Kudos to Kim and all her staff, from the front line to the back, everyone was great to work with. I loved the text message updates to let you know what percentage of the repair work was completed. I would highly recommend Zara's not only for their excellent repair work but for their courteous customer service as well. Thank you Zara!
