Always the best!

The repair is fantastic! Looks like it was never wrecked. The cleanup on the car was lower quality than I have received in the past/expect of Zara’s. It may have been rushed since the car was ready for pick up at 4:30 and you close at 5. There was dirt on the carpet under the driver’s floor mat even though the floor mats had been removed and the carpet vacuumed. I know they were removed because they weren’t hooked back on the safety pegs. Also my trunk liner had a small puddle of liquid on it. When I wiped it up the mat looked polished. This leads me to believe it was cleaning/polishing solution that wasn’t properly dealt with. There is also white cleaning/polishing compound around the antennae on the roof. Overall minor issues, just not the usual treatment I receive from Zara’s. As I said the repair looks showroom new and I couldn’t be happier with that part. Although the liquid in the trunk worries me until I am assured it isn’t a leak with the trunk lid. I’ll find out this weekend when we have rain. I’m sure it will be dry because of Zara’s outstanding work.
