Her Manager Rudy is to be applauded highly for his strong leadership and cohesiveness with his team members. He made sure at pickup our vehicle was good to go and even fixed a part for us without any hesitation and was happy to do it!! Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Enterprise was patient and accommodating making sure our needs were met. Andrea Enterprise Manager even followed up with an email to make sure we were happy with our rental vehicle. This dealership is community centered and people centered. They're honest hard working people!! Thank you Gosch. Can't wait to buy a car from you.

My car was scheduled to start repair on a Wednesday. My car had no bumper what so ever. So very minor dismantling of anything from rear bumper was needed to be done. My wife dropped car off and was told parts wouldn't come until about monday. I call adjuster and she states its if requested parts could have been order prior to leaving car. Requested? This should be the case for all cars. I shouldn't have to leave my car for 3 days for no major work to be done on it. She then states an alignment is going to be done. Which is nice but an alignment doesnt take longer than a couple hours and that's being generous with time. I had to get a rental for 3 days out of pocket so my completely drivable car can sit in your lot while I just waste 3 days of a rental. Adjuster then stated parts will be in on Monday. Keep in mind my car has already been there for 5 days. Come Tuesday I call for an update. No return call till Wednesday. Only to be told that parts didnt come til Tuesday. So here I am still accommodating things around with no clue what is going on. She knew parts came a day late and still didnt call me to update. Every time an update was needed
I had to be the one to call her. So Adjuster states it will be ready Thursday. I said ok. Which I had to get another day of car rental out of pocket. Come Thursday I call again and ask for update and states things should be ready by late afternoon. I then get a call about **** hour before and stating they got a wrong part from manufacturers. So another day delayed. I then proceeded to ask her if her team even checks the parts when they receive them or just expect them to be correct. Talk about lack of professionalism and lack of common sense to check if you receive correct parts. It was nice of them to pay for on day of my car rental. But for a bumper. A simple bumper work. It literally too 10 days to be completed. It's really disappointing the lack of communication from adjuster and lack of common sense to double check shop is receiving correct parts. Also text message update system is horrible all it does is take away from adjuster doing job to actually communicate with consumer and giving them proper information. Other than those concerns. The job of bumper replacement was well done.
