No hesitation, I trust Keller Ford right away. I’m from the Detroit area originally but have been in two accidents in which I needed to get fixed in Grand Rapids because I live here now, and both times now, I am so very pleased again! Jerry is wonderful, he is knowledgeable, genuine, honest, and the entire philosophy is to make sure not only the car is repaired in the best way, but they take care of the customers and always help them with a rental car. They send updates about the vehical, are honest and up front about it and what the status is. I just am really really pleased with Keller Ford body shop. Being a Ford owner and previous leases me and my family have always had, I am most pleased with how Keller deals with everything and the customers. I would recommend them no questions asked. I’m very thankful and appreciative to of been able to be serviced by people you trust. The little guy looks like new. I really appreciated the fact that it was kept inside while it was so very cold outside, no need to worry about the battery or the engine. Looks good ran smooth thanks.

Seems like they did a good job, however I was surprised that my truck wasn’t washed and vacuumed.

Vehicle was not properly repaired the first time that I came to pick it up and now I am returning it to correct multiple additional issues.

Car vibrates while driving did not before accident. Radio is no longer working. Eveey 2 to 3 days would get a call 'oh we found something new' why did you check up front....very annoying.
