The overall fix was better than I expected. I am happy to see OEM parts used. I can tell employees are very precise as I had a few "nicks" on truck bed that were not caused by accident and now these are gone. I really liked the e-mail updates. My trunk and everything in it was completely soaked and I had school work that now has to be redone. My subwoofer has rust on it from the water and had to unhook it so nothing would fry up. Also there is a clip missing that holds the carpet in place. Not sure what it’s like under where the spare tire is. Most likely water in there. Not pleasant at all

While the work itself was fantastic. The shop could improve its communication with the customers. I had to call in more than once for updates. Also, my car took 4 days longer than I was initially told which cost me more money on my rental car. Finally, the woman at the front desk was not very kind until someone else who worked there came in the room.
