The repairs were great, staff was friendly, communication was good and I loved the detailing of my car at the end. All that said... the time it took to get my car back was way too long. I was told that they were going to preorder the parts and the fix would be quick and easy but getting my car back almost 4 weeks later proved that not to be true. I would really like to continue coming to McCollum Auto Body for repairs but if that’s the time it takes for what seemed like a simple repair, it makes me think twice. I also think there needs to be communication upfront letting me know that the repairs are gonna take almost a month so I can plan accordingly or decide if it’s worth the time.
