I am so happy with the service I received from McCollum, during the entire process. When I went to get my initial estimate my drivers door was jammed and they pulled it out so I could at least get in and out of my car before I even took it in for repairs. They even had a complimentary loaner car for me which was so helpful because I did not have rental coverage. They kept me updated with text messages every few days with the repairs. Even though the repairs took longer than expected and there were a few delays it was well beyond worth it. McCollum made my car look brand new, better than it did before the accident and even repaired some small unrelated chips. I hadn’t seen my car look that good since I bought it!!! The staff remembered me and I received amazing service through every step. Being in customer service myself I appreciate and recognize when businesses go above and beyond. Thank you so so much!

The body work was done perfectly. The driver's seat will not slide forward. It has been that easy since I was rear ended and was never an issue before then. I can hardly reach the gas pedal. I believe Geicho is the one who didn't cover the seat. However, I don't know how to bring it to a solution.

I can’t believe that I had such a great experience working with “my team!” From the moment I called my insurance to open my claim I was dreading the whole auto body shop experience, as someone who isn’t familiar with cars and parts. But Monday morning I was greeted by Trevor who had everything neatly put together for this “type A” person, thank you Trevor!! I was quickly introduced to what I am now calling “my team” at McCollum auto body, Frank Grimm my Geico insurance adjuster, Frank Febus my Enterprise rental manager, and Bob Hopkins my MacCullum auto body “specialist”. I gave Bob this title because he just handled everything from the start, sent me daily updates on my car, helped me retrieve a receipt from my car and had a copy faxed to me at work, and coordinated with Safelite to get my windshield fixed while waiting for parts to arrive. I can’t express deeply enough how intimidating, as a woman who isn’t familiar with cars, it can be to bring my car into an auto body shop for repairs. Your team at McCullum auto body treated me with such respect and curtesy, not what you find everywhere! Keep up the great work! Mary S

You’re outside staff were very friendly and professional I was very relaxed and they were very easy to talk to I was nice to hear that your employee who is furthering himself and his education they waited for me after 530 for me to pick up my car very friendly about the situation and I very much appreciate it did just have a recommend your company to anyone and also give credit to Geico for joining the team and that’s for the team in the back they did a excellent job on my vehicle after coming across Country from Virginia my car was a mess I was so happy to see it clean inside and out all I can say is you have my business thank you very much for your professional service Yours truly long account
