The repair itself absolutely. I had an addon repair that got missed and took an extra couple days and I wished the window and door that had the repair was cleaned and that they vacuumed the areas the work was done on.

The repair was great! I was frustrated that the day I dropped it off the parts weren’t there. I live an hour away and it would have been another two hours added to my day to pick up and then another to return at a later date. I wish I would have been called before my appointment not to bring it yet. The repair was exactly as I wanted though!

its always scary when turning in your car. when your car is connected to every part of your life from home life to work. the team at hagen was one of the best experiences i have ever had the pleasure to talk to. wether it was to listen when i was nervous and questioned everything about the process or even helping to go out of their way to talk to the insurance company for me. this company is the best at what they do and think they are the best in Utah period.
