The 2 young ladies that I dealt with were excellent at their jobs. They could not have been more helpful and kind to me. They both deserve a GREAT BIG CHRISTMAS BONUS. My car looks pretty darn good too. Thank you to all involved in making this a much less stressful experience than anticipated. I will certainly be a return customer. Leah was great. Professional and communicated with throughout the process. The work done at the shop was done very well and in a timely fashion. I also appreciated the inside of my car being detailed. It was extremely convenient to be able to drop my rental car off at the body shop. I am happy with the entire experience.

I did notice that one of the lights on the drivers side has a cracked cover. I am satisfied with your work as it was probably missed when my insurance performed the initial inspection. Not the actual headlight but the very bottom light "not sure what it is called."

Great workmanship. Easy drop off and pick up. Was done timely. Only complaint was some smudge marks found on my interior upholstery but they washed off easily.

I took my car in on a Mon. morning and was supposed to have a rental car set up by Waikem. There was no order from Waikem at the car rental place. Then, they said my car would be ready either Wed. or Thurs. I received an update on Wed. 2-20-13 saying it was 64% completed & on target for Thurs. 2-21-13 at 12:00pm. I received another update on 2-21-13 saying they were nearing completion and would call if there were any delays. I didn't hear anything, so I called them Thurs. afternoon and was told that it was being painted and that it would be ready either Fri. or Mon. On Mon. 2-25-13 I received an update saying thanks for letting us repair your vehicle, but nothing about it being ready for pick up. So,I called them again at about 20 after 11 & was told that it was being washed and would be ready shortly and that they would call me and let me know when it was ready. I was not contacted until after 2:00.
