You were a day late finishing the car but other than that things seem to be Ok.

Survice was performed quickly and professional. It was completed within the time frame designated by staff.

My car looks great, however the communication and the deadline was very disappointing. It was a 5-7 day repair and got extended to 14 day repair due to insurance coverage. I called three time and they promised it was still being worked on and I said I would give my credit card to cover any waiting period from the insurance company because I didn't want a two week car rental. They promised me it was labor and not being held because of insurance. And then I get a phone call Monday morning that all of sudden it is ready 5 days earlier? Nothing added up. Obviously the car was done by Friday and would not be released because of Insurance. I would have rather of payed the difference on my card then go to the airport to get another rental car for another week. Waste of time. I called three times last week regarding this situation.

Updates were great. Work is very good. The car looks better than it did before the accident.

I was amazed how my car looked after picking up. Looked brand new!

Very professional, organized and excellent communication throughout the process.

Dan was great! It did take longer than expected to get my car done. They did do a great job! The color of the bumper is a bit off from the original color of the car, but not too noticeable to have redone. Overall, a good experience, but those were the factors that were not completely satisfactory.

Overall very satisfied. The one area that prevented a completely satisfied response is the use of an "armour all" type chemical in the car which gave a very strong odor in the interior of the car. The car is only 3 months old so it did not need this treatment in my opinion. I would have opted out of this treatment had I known what was involved in the detailing. Outside of this, was completely satisfied.
