I am incredibly pleased with the service and professionalism of Casey Collision. I was updated weekly by email of my status and received phone calls from the tech to keep me updated as well. My car looked brand new and was finished ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend.

My car seems to be back in great condition, good as new ! The only problem I had is one of my raingaurds was cracked :'( ! Not sure if it happened in the body shop or the crash but other than that I'm good to go.

This was the most efficient customer service, for repairs on any of my cars, that I have EVER received. My car looks brand new, runs smoothly, and was cleaned both inside and out when I received it back. I was able to stay well informed through the text messages that I received about the progress on the repairs. They gave me an estimated completion date, as well as a finalized date and their estimated timeframes were quite accurate. Nick and the other customer service representatives were courteous and professional. I am very impressed with the service that I received. I would definitely use these services in the future and I would highly recommend Casey Auto Paint & Body to anyone who asks me about where they should take their car if it needs repairs. Fabiola C. There is a wrinkle in the liner. Body work looks great but liner has a wrinkle in it and I don't believe it was there before so wondering what happened. Haven't been able to call Kevin yet.

From Red the estimator to Kenny and Dave doing the body work to Josh’s paint work this is hands down the best workmanship for my money. I love the new look of my truck and would recommend them to anyone. In fact I am already talking to a friend to see them for paint work as well since they did so good on my truck and treated me so well. I was treated with the utmost respect and was kept informed throughout the entire process. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to them. Outstanding job all around Casey Collision Center and thanks again guys.

Nick was awesome helped us as much as he could though the whole process. Got us a loaner vehicle and kept us up to date on all the repairs. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and professional. We appreciate the service and would recommend this shop to anyone.

While I did defiantly appreciate Mr Joshua's positive attitude and quick responses to my questions, it was very frustrating when I received multiple updates alluding to the completion of my car and expecting it to be ready only to receive another saying it would be several days more. I know it can take time to get things right and I certainly wanted it to be. The exterior body work looked really good, you'd never have known there had been damage! My only other frustration was when I was finally told that my car would be ready at 10am the next morning, that it was already in detailing and they wanted to make sure it was perfect for me after it had been in there for so long. When I arrived around 1pm., no one seemed to know where my vehicle was. They had to track it down & found it still in the detail department uncompleted! After waiting for a little while, when it was eventually brought around, the inside wasn't even vacuumed or wiped down. What had I been waiting for?! The lovely lady at the front desk did promise me a full detailing, a promise which Mr. Josh backed up, anytime in the next couple weeks which certainly helped take the sting out of the situation. So while I applaud Mr. Josh for his efforts to keep in positive contact with me, his patience in answering my questions and the lovely front desk woman who also assisted me and very patiently answered my questions and did all she could to try and make a difficult situation better, I can't say I'm completely satisfied with my experience, but I CAN say that the customer service those two provided kept it from being a terrible experience and would actually bring me back! I wish I could recall the woman's name. She was an attractive African American lady with short hair. Hopefully you'll know by description who I'm speaking of.
