We mainly worked with Ken at this experience. Since day ****, he has been professional, courteous, and caring. After we had dropped off our car, my husband ended up in the hospital. When the car was ready to be picked up, I needed someone else to help me drive the car home. I asked if one of the employees can help me with driving the car home (which was only 10 minutes away) and I would drive the employee back to the garage. Ken did not hesitate and helped me out. Angel was kind enough to do me the favor. My experience with Alioto's have always been exceptional. I love the people I have come in contact with. And if you did mechanical and engine work, I would be a lifetime client! Thank you for helping me out in my time of need.
