The whole thing from start to finish was easy and painless. All work was done in a matter of a few hours. My car looks fantastic! The work looks great! I think they even washed and vacuumed my car which was pretty gross, honestly. And they found my missing transit card. Very friendly, highly professional services! I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you!!!

Aliotos Bayshore is awesome! Been there a few times now and always have appreciated the great customer service and the work done on my cars. Will continue to go to Aliotos for all my automotive body work and paint needs. They make the process quick and easy. Also they have geico and enterprise in house so you don’t need to go from place to place. I went to Chilton once before and had to go back many times, with lots of frustration. Aliotos is the opposite, great to work with and great work!

Seems like there has been a lack of attention to detail and quality that has degraded my experience as a customer. (****) There was a one week delay (3 weeks instead of 2 weeks), but we were not made aware of it because your communication system that you use is not working properly. I heard the "oh, we sent you a message..." but I did not receive anything on email or text. (2) The next time there was another delay from Fri to Mon and I did get that message. But, these delays were long -- and I think you don't have the staff to handle the work. (2) When I got the car back, the back seat was really dirty (and still is, I have to get in and wash it off). There was dust, footprints of work boots on the leather seats, dust all around. My daughter has allergies and she is going to get affected until we get the inside cleaned out at the car wash -- this was a disappointment. (3) Finally, the car rack was not installed properly, I could see a gap, so clearly no manager is doing a quality check, and this makes me really wonder about what else was not inspected. That problem delayed me further when I picked up the car on a Monday morning when I should have been at my job. I've come to you for body repairs over the past decade, a few times. Not the next time.

Even though my car was delayed by just over a week, I appreciated the open communication from Alioto's via texts and I could call anytime I needed to and get a verbal update. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Parts of my car were left in the trunk for me to reinstall. Specifically, the factory accessory shades. The car was fine otherwise.

All staff very professional and conscientious. Jason went out of his way to be helpful - cleaning off paint from the side of my van where I bumped the side on the garage entrance.
