Very nice work, and I appreciated the updates.

The mechanics kept us up to date with the progress of our vehicle. It was nice to have everything at one location, car rental and repair.

They called me.. Had a great sense of humor and were awesome :) !!!!

The service was excellent and the quality of repairs seems to be excellent as well. My only comment is regarding your automatic email system that seemed out of sync with the actual progress of our car. I got an email on Friday saying it was only a few hours from being ready, and then got another only and hour or so later saying it would be a two more days. Then I received one concirming Tuesday at 4:30, but when I arrived at 4:40 the shop was surprised and asked whether I had received a phone call. I said no, but I had an email. They did hurry and finished washing the car and buffed out one scrape on a new fender for me, so it worked out fine, but making sure the automatic system more closely follows the actual work would make the process smoother and better set expectations.

I came from Japan. Honestly, I was not satisfied with the body shops in the US. Compared to the ones in Japan, the work here was rough around the edges. However, you are different from others. Your work is perfect. I am very satisfied with you. Thank you.
