The car looks GREAT. Thanks. Need to drive a bit to see if any follow up questions. After multiple calls, I started receiving schedule updates by email, that I found helpful. BUT, I was disappointed that no work was done the day we dropped off the car Monday 2/12, the day I had an appointment and was told there was availability on the schedule to start. The following day, Tues 2/13, the only work done was an alignment. We had a deadline and I called multiple times to follow up to finally hear that the tear down started Wed. 2/14 on a car that was at the shop from Monday 2/12. The initial time estimate was 3 to 4 days, DEPENDING on additional work identified in the tear down. The work took nine days, two days to do an alignment. I chose Schaaefer (****) USAA partner, (2) availability to start on 2/12. As noted, I was disappointed work did not start when scheduled and took multiple follow up calls to get an estimated completion date. Your contact person, Barb, was responsive, thoughtful, and helpful when I called and she relayed what was happening, or not happening. But my view is the first couple days was wasted time and put completion by 2/24 at risk. (Work was done 2/23)

Fit and finish are great! Communications well done. I imagine you will be leery of ordering that brand of non-OEM part in future, as it caused delay. I had been anxious, as I was driving our spare "hobby" car and was hoping to avoid as much bad weather as possible. Tough this time of year to avoid, and that was my call, on me.
I probably would not have been able to tell difference between OEM and non, so I commend you for being diligent and honest.

Emails sent repeatedly stating that the car would be ready on a certain date and then a call saying that it would take longer, then a new date which wasn't met and then another. A very unpleasant experience, until finally after many calls to employees who seemed indifferent, one person, Tyler Biver, took ownership and kept us informed and made every effort to have our car finally ready when he said it would. If only other employees could have done the same. Not a pleasant experience except for Tyler!
