I greatly appreciated the email updates. I was on vacation and was unable to receive phone calls. The team was always friendly and helpful when I did have questions.

It's mildly annoying to have to call to the "call center" to be transferred to the location you need to speak with. I was on hold for a long time (over 5 minutes once) and was never connected through. However, once I had a direct line to the Columbia branch, it was much easier as they answered the phone on the first couple rings each time I called. Repairs were FANTASTIC and my car hasn't looked this good since I bought it....(I cannot believe you got all the dog hair out!!!) I practically live in my car as I commute to work each day so it gets gross fast!! While I don't wish to have with another car repair needed in the future, if I have to entrust anyone with my car, I'd definitely come back to you guys in a heartbeat! Extremely simple to work with, direct business with Enterprise and everything was as speedy as it could have been!

My car got hit in a parking lot less than 2 weeks ago. I took it to Schaefer's in Columbia, MO last Wednesday and got it back today already. My car looks amazing, inside and outside. Very pleased and definitely will be recommending everyone to go to them! Thanks Schaefer's!

I love that when I open up my car door it looks and smells like a new car. Honestly, I love that part about taking my car there. The outside and inside look great. Everyone is very friendly there too.

My car is making terrible noise and they are closed for the weekend

It was so nice to be told they would take care of everything. There was a minor glitch initially with the rental car, but it was quickly resolved and I was sent on my way. I was updated multiple times a week so I knew what was happening. And, what a pleasant surprise to receive a call that my car was ready 10 days ahead of schedule! Thank you.

This has to be the best body shop I've ever been to. It's the little things, ya know? Complimentary drinks, for example. It's the big things too, like making sure my car looks like an accident had never happened. Also, Brett was awesome! He took time out of his day to buff out some marks on my vehicle, even though we didn't know if it was there before or after the repair. My kudos all around for making my life easy at a time when I needed it to be that way! Keep on doing what you're doing.
