I spotted some grit under the new paint on a door that was replaced during the work. After I brought the vehicle in to be examined, I was told that parts would need to be found and gotten etc, and that I'd be notified when that was complete and I could drop off the vehicle. I believe it was ~10 days later or more when I called the shop, not having heard anything, and was told all was ready and I could scheduled drop-off. I wondered when I would have been contacted had I not called myself to move things along. This is provided as constructive criticism. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I don't expect perfection on my 2010 vehicle repair, and if the biggest snafu as far as scheduling is someone forgot to call me to say I could drop off any time, it's not the end of the world. I'd just have rather done without both of the above issues.

I sent an email right after I got home. It looks like some of the pinstripe has already come off. I sent it 10 minutes after I brought the car home.

The repairs to the tailgate were perfect and performed very quickly. I am very satisfied with this part of the repair. However, I was told that repairs to the front bumper would also be addressed while this vehicle was in for the tailgate repairs. When I went to pick up this vehicle, I found that the front bumper was untouched. Due to the fact that I had made an appointment to have the lettering done on this vehicle immediately after receiving notice that the bodywork was completed, I was unable to do anything about this front bumper repair.

The process was seamless and I really appreciated the daily updates and photos on how the repairs were going. Great team in Mount Laurel!
