Service King Roseland

The vsc light was on. It was not on when brought the car in for repair. I was told to wait three days.If the vsc/engine light did no go off.I should call service king. I will call Monday. As for the repair work on the bumper and lights. The bumper was excellent. The fog light frame were black. My car color is sand.You tell me what I should do!!!!!!!!

I was devastated about my truck getting hit, and the staff at Service King were extremely pleasant, especially Erica & Jesse. The repairs were completed quickly and my truck looks brand new. I will definitely recommend this establishment if anyone is in need of a body/repair shop. The staff & service are top notch.

Fast, convenient, and convenient

I was completely satisfied with my service at Service King. I did complete the survey however I know I made a mistake with putting a score of a 8 on recommendations however I could not go back to edit my answer again. I was completing it on my phone and so I probably should have waited till I was at home to focus. Rodney was a great service advisor and I believe in the survey I completed some months ago you all make note I had some problems with I think his name was Victor? Because he was not answering my questions and he also seemed very irritated if I asked a question about the quality of some of the work or why certain parts were being used. So if possible I would like to retake my survey if it can be sent back to me again thanks.

The service received was exceptional! From the welcoming staff to the service attendant. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She explained the process thoroughly and called for my replacement rental. This facility kept me aware of the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Very pleased with my experience. They made a bad thing easy to deal with.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. The receptionist, Erica from the Roseland location was extremely professional, sympathetic and incredibly kind. I had an issue with Hertz Rental car where they did not meet me at the Service King location and when she heard of the issue she didn’t think twice she immediately springed into action. She contacted Enterprise and they were there within literally 9 mins, as oppose to just minding her business which she could of very well did.. Then, the next employee I encounter was Jess, he throughly explained the process, was very kind and professional as well. They updated me via text or phone call every step of the way. once I received my vehicle it looked brand new you can’t even tell that it had been worked on. I am incredibly pleased with the level of service received. They get 5 stars in professionalism and Customer Service.

The team of collision experts did a wonderful job with my van, they had it looking like new. They also cleaned the inside a had the work completed a week before scheduled.
