I had authorized my father to pick my car up. I had received a notification from onstar saying my tire pressure was extremely low. After returning to the shop, it was determined that an object got stuck in my tire, which shows carelessness. My tire pressure still had to be adjusted because they overfilled my tire after filling the hole that they caused. Therefore, if any other mishaps happen with my passenger rear tire, I will be holding service king accountable.

Although there was a ratherlengthy repair period , I was in constant conyact with Sean @ Service King. He kept informed of progress. I WAS treated with REPECT and all queries were promptly clarified. In test drive they detected unexpected but necessary repair unrelated to the claim.I okayed ..Thank God for good Credit! My "Baby" Lincoln looks good. Everything A-Ok, if not you'll KNOW Kay C
