Excellent customer service by the manager Melissa, as well as Corey. They went to bat for us with the insurance company to explain why a certain part had to also be replaced when it was questioned. Very friendly! Down to earth!

My car is my BABY, and the wonderful staff at Carstar treated it as such. I was given an accurate eta on my car being finished, and the personal phone updates were a huge help for planning pick up with my 4 children. I would recommended them to anyone. Thank you so much for all that you have done for me. My mustang is my world and when I broke her I was distraught, but when I walked into the front door; I knew this was the best place to take her. While we did go over the original time frame, the work was done beautifully and they respected my budget. Everybody that I talked to was wonderful and I am very impressed with what I took home. My original completion date was Dec.22nd. I was almost at the shop when I got a call telling me it would be delayed until the 23rd. On the 23rd I went to the shop to be told it would be delayed again. That was two round trips to the shop a distance of 90 miles for me. Cory apologized and told me that they would make it right for me to compensate for my time, gas and trouble of rearranging my schedule to be their on the promised date. After that I called to confirm first. Which was good because it wasn't completed on the 27th as I was told also. I finally picked up my vehicle on the 28th. I mentioned my multiple trips but nothing was even mentioned to "make it right" for the multiple delays and trips that I took to the shop. As far as I can tell the workmanship is fine but the service is unsatisfactory. I have used your facility in the past and this is the first time I have been less then 100% satisfied. I have even been their when it was Whitefield.

Additional charges added to the bill without any prior knowledge of it.

Great job on the car door repair--looks like new. Melissa was helpful in getting things set up ahead of time. I emailed her pictures of the damage and she got the door ordered right away. The repairs took longer than initially thought due to some minor damage on the driver's door that I hadn't seen and also there was a delay in some parts. The work looks great!

Melissa and Corey were great to work with and answered all my questions. (I don't remember the name of the person who is receptionist, who was helpful in directing my calls, and making sure a return call was made when needed). These were the only staff members I met. However, the very satisfying results of the repair to my vehicle indicate those that worked on my car directly, obviously take pride in their work as well. I was treated very kindly, and appreciate the interactions made by those to the other insurance company. Plus, my the repairs were my in 4 days, a day early. Thank you again, for the customer service and efficiency of your work and staff. The people at Enterprise Rental were also very helpful and professional.
