The staff was exceptional. From the time I brought my vehicle to Carstar Wilson for repair to the delivery of the finished product, their caring professionalism made me very comfortable. Actually, that is an understatement. The staff goes out of their way to make a bad situation a positive experience. I am very happy with this company and USAA for having a relationship with them.
