My son seems completely satisfied with the work and although there was a misunderstanding regarding a new hood, you were able to order and install very quickly. Everything was great except for one thing. The customer service, communication, body work etc was great. The only thing that was made me not completely satisfied with my experience was that there were some scratches on the dash below my clock that appeared after servicing. Not sure if something was placed on the dash when the car was moved around the shop and it scratched the dash. Overall, everything was great. The scratches were just one little annoying factor that kept it from being the best experience.

My drivers side door was replaced and now my auto, key fob opener does not work. Dog was in car, would not work. Nearly had to call fire department to get in as dog was inside. Had left windows down. Was able to get in that way. Auto opener is busted, looks a mess.

There were bits of broken glass from a shattered window left in the car and an interior part was not installed correctly. This is despite the fact that the vehicle was at Ray's for over a month due to back ordered parts.

The service was horrible, I had to wait almost a month to get my vehicle back and not once did the collision center call and give me a update. They never asked me if I needed a loaner vehicle for that amount of time. I advise anyone to go elsewhere before going back to Ray's collision center

The door y'all fixed looked great, no complaints there. Good work, but when I got in the car it had a half a tank less gas in it then when I left the car, and the check engine light was on as well as the seats, steering wheel and mirrors had been moved. Nothing under the hood should have been messed with and the manager tried to simply tell me off that sometimes codes set with the turn of the key and the car hadn't been driven and if I take it to the dealership and they say it had something to do with the wreck insurance would take care of it. I then told him he's wrong and he asked if I was a mechanic and I said yes, I'm a master mechanic with driveline, drivability, and suspension specialtys certified by Ford, Chevy, ASE, and BMW. And for o2 sensor codes to be set you have to go through a drive cycle witch includes a 45 mph cruse to set those specific codes. I understand driving a car to check for wind noise or suspension or drivability issues. But a half a tank / about 200 miles worth of gas sounds more like joy riding then a test drive and my check engine light on is where my concern is and he had nothing to say. Like I said before, happy with the work, the young lady at the front desk was polite and wonderful to work with as well as the estimate process. My only disappointment was the manager who tried to act like he knows all about vehicles and I know nothing because they fix dents all day every day... I've been bent over under a hood for the pat 10 years and I know someone had been dogging my car, (oh the mpg average was about 5 miles less as well all these things point to someone else don't only driving it but driving it hard) a simple apology and assurance that they'd take care if it if something was broken would have been fine in my book but instead I got attitude and someone telling me they know more about cars than I do. Well, if he does he also knows he was lying to me and hoped I didn't know about them, or he doesn't anything about cars and was trying to cover for someone, if not himself.
