I am so impressed with how great my car looks! From the repairs needed to cleaning the inside and outside before i picked it up,and to the friendly staff. I am very happy with the great work done. They woman answering the phone was very rude whenever I called to check on the status of my car. They also had told my my vehicle was going to be ready on december 30th which was already a two week window and I was not provided a rental, they ended up ordered three damaged doors from the same vendor so it took even longer to get my car door done. When I went to pick my car up, which was promised to be done today, tuesday at 12 when i showed up and was ready to pay my deductable saidnit was not ready it would be ready by 4 when i got out of work, was not ready when i arrived. Woman and genttlemen were very rude. Not satisfied.
