You guys have always been very polite. I've been to the fitchburg location twice and everyone was very patient and helpful while I had scheduling issues due to my insurance and rental policies. Very good service.

Our communication was mostly with our Geico appraiser. However until the end of the service we doubt with your receptionist, Carla. Carla needs to act more professional. A simple explanation to your customers instead of being rude by cutting off your customers and giving an attitude when they are speaking in unacceptable! I ended up calling your Lowell location and spoke with the manager to get the simple explanation because it’s obvious Carla could not do that and voila I understood. Carla should NOT be at the front end of your company as it’s certainly not a good impression especially when this was our first time dealing with a car star employee. That is NOT customer service. I will definitely submit a complaint with Geico and will request NOT to use your company in the future because no customer deserves this kind of treatment! It also turns out I’m not the first to say your receptionist is rude (Yelp, Google, etc. reviews).
