There was no verbal explanation of repair. I had to ask for a description of the repair. Uneven received the actual quote of repair. I had to call and ask for a copy. Even when I picked up the car, a detailed explanation wasn't given to explain the details of the repair, only " does it look good ?"

Dave was right on when he said I could probably pick up my SUV this afternoon and I did. I did receive a faulty email that told me that I could not pick up my SUV until 6:00PM tomorrow. Everyone was very courteous in the office and the office was welcoming and comfortable and clean. When I got in my SUV,it had been vac'd and windshield cleaned. The frosting on the cake was when I got in my SUV and there were 2 peach colored carnations on the passenger front seat...a bright spot on a rainy Seattle day. Many thanks to everyone who worked on my SUV!!!

The repair portion of the Carstar experience was outstanding. The Sienna looks wonderful.
Enterprise on the other hand threw us a curve ****. After 2 days with the rental, we got a call from Enterprise to return the car as soon as possible, because they had sold it! My wife was home sick from work. When she shared that with Enterprise, they said she could bring in the car by noon. The car we got in trade was not the same, nor was it as nice. While I understand business, having a partner treating your customers like this is a liability. Just thought you ought to know.

the car has small scratches, which might take max 10 minutes to polish , although the estimator did 3 places , the answer I got "I am not going to do all car" is slightly Rude. I wish he could be more polite.
Otherwise service is good.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in the door to drop my truck off to the time I came in to pick it up. The quality of the customer service from all the people in the office to the quality of the work that was done on my truck was outstanding. This is my third time with Collision Star. They are thorough, honest, tell me what, where where and how much and the car is done, very effortless process. The little paint bottle is a nice touch and the guarantee on the work is amazing. I don't believe they washed or cleaned the car this time but maybe that doesn't happen anymore

I was recommend by Nationwide to take my car to Carstar after rear ending someone. It's not easy to find a repair shop that you trust. I've had bad experience with a few, however Carstar took really good care of my car. The quality of the repair is beyond my expectation. The paint just was amazing. I was told that my car would take 2 ****/2 weeks, however my car was done a week earlier.
The staff was awesome. Upon arriving to car star, I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff. Within a few mins, I was out the door. My car looked brand new. What really got me by surprise was when I opened my door and I had flowers in my passenger seat. I would definitely recommend Carstar to people who are in need of a repair. Thank you again Carstar.

CARSTAR is AWESOME! Truck is beautiful, including an interior cleaning that I was not expecting. Excellent job on the body work - it was quite a mess when I brought it in. t\There were a couple of delays on outsourced work but they were not an issue for me. I greatly appreciated the update along the way. Excellent job!
