I brought my vehicle to you for repairs. When I picked up my car the first time there was still damage present from the original accident. There was also a white sticky substance on my leather seats, steering wheel and door. I am unsure has this was missed during the Covid 19 cleaning that was done. When I asked about getting the repairs completed to my vehicle that should’ve been done originally, I was advised that I needed to bring the vehicle back home after the parts were ordered. I returned my vehicle and when I return to pick it up there were scratches on the parts that were fixed the first time. So I had to leave it to be corrected. The next time I came to pick it up my vehicle there were new scratches as well as paint buildup smudges what were no there. The manager seemed irritated that I was not satisfied with the poor service that was provided. When I finally picked up my vehicle the damage to the back that was cosmetic had been resolved. However, I now have a issue with sensors that are not working. When we call the manager about this, he advised they thought that the sensors were turned off. The only way the sensors would’ve been off, is if their employees turned them off since they worked when I dropped of the vehicle. I’m sadly disappointed that they noted that this was not working and chose not to do anything about it prior to returning the vehicle to me. I now have to take my vehicle to another repair shop so they repair what your company broke.
