When I called to tell them we were having our car towed to their shop, I received tons of attitude because they were busy. I receive no updates while the car was there for repairs. Paint job on repair is ok but not perfect.

In business problems happen, its how you handle problems that makes the difference and you failed. I found that the information that I was being told changed frequently and was told contradictory information. That usually happens when you do not get the truth. Here is a perfect example. When we picked up the car the first time it was making a clunking noise over bumps. I was told by Dave that it was not accident related but they fixed it anyway. Interestingly enough the problem did not exist before the accident, so I am not sure how he could make that statement. Then when I was called to pick up the car again, I was told that the problem was due to loose parts that were tightened, fixing the problem. That sounds much more likely. This is one piece of contradictory information that came from Dave, there are others. I am not sure why he felt it necessary to do this.

We were very satisfied with the whole process of our repair. It went very smoothly, except for having to wait a bit for a part. The car looks wonderful, and it was so appreciated that it was also washed when we picked it up.

The entire process went smoothly and the team did a great job of keeping me updated. The only negative I have is the cleanliness of the windshield that was replaced. There were fingerprints on the passenger side and near where the stickers were replaced. I have a difficult time getting a smear-free window and was looking forward to a crystal clear windshield.
