Only concern was how long the process was. A month after the accident until you could start the repair, then over three weeks until it was complete. End results are fantastic.

Large plastic cover for the engine area was left in the back seat of the vehicle. I ended up replacing this myself.

NOT RETURNING TO BODY SHOP IN FUTURE DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME ESTIMATE, THEN DID NOT SUBMIT TO ADJUSTER AND DELAYED REPAIR. CAR WAS EXTREME DIRTY WHEN RETURNED. RED DUST ON REAR SEAT, PILE OF DUST ON DRIVERS REAR FLOOR AREA. CAR WAS REPAIRED WITH DOORS OPENED PROFF OF DUST COVERING INSIDE INTERIOR.LASTLY ADDITIONAL SRATCH ON DRIVERS FRONT BUMPER-LADY STAFF MEMBER ACTUALLY STATED I WAS LYING. THANK YOU TO YOUR MANAGER THAT BUFFED SCRATCHES. I LEARNED NOT TO COME BACK

I think you did a really good repair job. You'd never know A battle was lost with a deer. I'm really hoping it holds up. The last repair shop I was at, looked good when I left but about a year later the paint started peeling.

Everyone we interacted with was great. Workmanship was great too, so please thank the ones that worked on that part! Been meaning to call about what looks like something was sprayed in lower left drivers inside and/or outside of windshield. Ill try some windex once the temps are higher than 20 degrees to see if it cleans up

Pritz East did a great job on my Jeep. There is no indication that there ever was a collision. This is my only repair shop in this area. I have never been disappointed with their service. Jeep was even detailed inside very good.

During the time the vehicle was in your possession, I was contacted by a lady to keep me updated as to the progress of my vehicle repairs & when I could expect it to be finished. During that call, I was told that during disassembly,or reassembly,a light came on on the dash but I don't recall being told what the issue was with the reason for the light coming on,but turned out to be the parking sensor not working.When I returned to report the issue,I was told that the issue didn't happen while the vehicle was in your possession & that I should take it to the dealership to have it checked. I took it in today, & the service rep told me that during the reassembly, the plug for the sensor was not reconnected. Needless to say I was less than pleased given the fact that my issue was basically blown off, not by the lady who called me with the update but by the lady who actually did the estimate. She pretty much just said that when I was called,the lady didn't say what I was telling her because she was sitting next to her during the call.She obviously was not part of the phone conversation but claimed to know better than I did, what was said during the call,so while not using the exact words, was insinuating that I was lying about the call & what was said. I've had previous work done there & was always satisfied with the work done & how I was treated.Unfortunately,that was not the case in this instance. Basically, being called a liar when reporting an issue I was advised of by your people,leaves me to advise you that I will never again use your shop for any future work required & will warn others away from you as well. Upon checking other customer's ratings of your business, I discovered numerous other less than complimentary reviews of your work & treatment of customers.Had I checked these reviews before bringing the vehicle to you, I certainly would have gone elsewhere. As earlier stated, I'll never again use your service or recommend you to others. Michael R

I like when i swing bye and all the staff is very friendly and explain to me what was need for my jeep they where having problems getting parts for people vehicle due to the paramedic was butting thing on hold but **** thing for sure they let you know
