Your staff made a stressful time a lot easier with their good manner, patience & willingness to explain things to a satisfactory degree. I haven’t seen the finished product in good light yet, but I expect that it will be great based on the caliber of your people that I did encounter throughout this process. I was initially told 3 days and it started to go into the third week. There was little communication (even though I signed up for text updates) during the time my car was there. I had dropped my car off Monday (****/7) and I called Thursday asking if it was ready since I hadn’t heard that there was any further issues noted. I was soon notified that there was more damage than expected and that it should be done by the following Monday. That next Monday (****/14) I got a text, the first one, that said it should be done by Thursday, on Thursday I got my second text saying it should be done Friday. I was unable to get it before I had work that evening at 4 so I was told I could get it the next Monday(****/21). When I called that Monday they said they were still waiting on parts and they’d let me know later if I could pick it up. There were several instances that wrong parts were delivered and they were unsure when the right ones would come. The final bill showed that labor on the car was 32hrs however, the car was there for 11 business days. When I called and asked how the initial estimate was so off the receptionist told me that’s just what happens with car shops. I would never recommend this location due to the poor communication as well as all the issues they had with receiving so many of the wrong parts.

All of the staff are SO friendly and helpful! Really nice that you never feel rushed and they're more than willing to help you and explain things to you without hesitation. I would recommend this business without hesitation. The only downfall is they need parking! I always found a place to park, even tho it may have been the sidewalk. An easier accessible location would be beneficial. Thank you so much!

Rent and everyone else at Carstar were spectacular! They made sure to keep me up to date on the repair status each time there was a change. They were also very friendly and attentive in person.

The follow-ups of the progress was not very good. The car had been done for days, and had I not called, I would not have known.
