Here's the review I left on Google: I was recently involved in an accident and my poor little Chevy Spark was in pretty bad shape. Now, I also work as an auto adjuster in the insurance industry, so I liaison with many collision centers across the country every day. My recent experience with Jungerman Carstar was superb and far superior to any experience I've had with other centers in the area. I was updated every step of the way by a professional and courteous staff, I was treated well, and my car looks absolutely beautiful. My appraiser, Kerry and the front desk representative, Toni were both just fabulous. The entire team at Jungerman Carstar clearly works well together to provide the highest level of customer care. They are part of the network for so many large insurance companies and as an adjuster, I know this not an easy feat to accomplish.
