Everything was great from initial contact until I picked up my car! The text alerts were very helpful, letting me know the progress of my car! Everyone was so personable and I mentioned hoping to get my car back before my trip to Milwaukee to visit my daughter. I was reassured that every attempt would be made to get my car ready in time! That was SO MUCH APPRECIATED I am forgetting the young lady's name, but she was delightful! I am so happy to have my car back home and it looks as good as new!!! THANK YOU!!!
