Customer service on this job was a 0 out of 5. Starting from the beginning when I dropped my car off (12/26) to today when I finally got it back (****/17) which was 16 days after when it was initially promised (12/31) I received ZERO - yes no communications (no call, no email, no text) concerning the progress on my car until it was done yesterday - over two weeks after the original to be done by date, and 5 days passed the modified date I got when I showed up at the dealer on ****/5 to inquire about my car, only to find it in the lot disassembled. After finding the service manager, I was then told it would be done ****/11, and again got no communication about a delay, just a call on ****/16 indicating it was done. Again, apart from my going into the dealership no one contacted me about any of the delays. I emphasized to them how communication with the customer AS SOON AS YOU KNOW their repair is going to be delayed is paramount. Delays happen, I get that, no communication about delays - unacceptable!! All said the repair work itself seems to be good.

The front bumper had scratches all over it. The grill was not fully repaired. The alignment was not corrected correctly. I am not happy with the work. The two day repair turned into 5 days with no communication. The job should be done right the first time! Customers service and quality work equals returned customers and more revenue. A **** job equals less revenue and no referrals!!

Your body shop just finished repairs on my 2010 Lincoln MKT after we hit a deer. Greg & Nick in you body shop made this a completely stress free repair for us. We are highly satisfied.
