I received an email saying I picked up my vehicle on Saturday. I have not picked my vehicle up yet as it was not ready on Tuesday as originally scheduled and I did not receive a call indicating it was ready for pickup on Friday so I assume I will pick it up Monday am as I indicate I had to have it to move my RV.

I was treated very nice as I was waiting on pins and needles for the estimate on my car repair. Cody was most professional and personable when he was dealing withe me. Although I hope our paths never really pass again, we all know that cars sometimes have a mind of their own and I will not even think twice to have my work done at Fix Auto - El Mirage!

I had such an awesome experience with the staff of Fix Auto. From start to finish they kept me apprised of everything that was going on and how the repairs were progressing. They also played the role of liason between me, the insurance company, and the rental car company. I didn't have to do or worry about anything. they took the lead and everything ran like a well oiled machine. I am so happy that a friend of mine referred me to Fix Auto and I certainly will reciprocate the recommendation to others as well. Kudos!
