I was very satisfied with the way my car turned out. They even cleaned my car inside and out. My car wasn't supposed to be ready until Friday the 1st and it was ready by the 29th. They were quick and did a great job.

Brian and team did such an amazing job that went far beyond my expectations. I initially took my car to another shop that quoted me nearly 50% more than the estimated work at Carstar and was not able to get my car in until mid-February. I met with Brian and he gave me a much better price and turnaround time, and even explained in detail the work that was going to be done on the car. The other shop just gave me a price, said "yeah we need to replace the whole bumper" and simply told me to bring it in on their next available appointment in February. Brian was much more pleasant to speak with than the guy at the other shop. I really liked the text updates Carstar provided as well. The estimated turnaround time was already quick at first, but this team worked some magic and was able to finish my car in a full day less and the text updates detailed that. The communication and customer service of the team at Carstar Lenexa deserves much praise and I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. I hope I don't need to go to Carstar often, but if/when I do this specific shop will be the one I will absolutely go to.

The car looks great. Thank for cleaning up the left headlight to match the new one and cleaning up the car. I did notice a dimple in the front bumper.
