The repair seems to be well done so far. I really liked the continual text updates. My only issue with the experience was that you closed at 5pm. This made it difficult to drop off and pick up my vehicle. So far very satisfied. Great work!

I would have appreciated knowing the details of the lower panel earlier -as soon as you all knew.
I have misplaced my car door opener. Could you please check to see if I by chance left it on the counter in your office? Maybe I took it out as I pulled out the papers. The office was closed when I got home & I realized I couldn't find it. Black w/metal chip. I will also call first thing in the morning. It can only be in one of 3 places. Will also check rental car. Thanks

Paint defects, bumper on the right side is not on very tight. Can move it up and down. Have to take it in for a second time to get it all fixed...
