From the estimate to picking up my repaired vehicle,all the employees at Carstar were helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and polite. The coordination between the rental car company, my insurance company and Carstar went seamlessly. My Ford was repaired under the estimate and completed when expected. I would recommend Carstar to family and friends.

My wife initially brought the car over to the shop as she works closer but I was handling all repairs. I work for Farmers Insurance in the claims department and I dropped the car off and spoke with everyone. When I filled the drop off form, I specifically gave all of my contact information and asked for all calls/emails to come to me and yet my wife was the one who got updates. I had to call to find out what was going on and all follow up text messages and emails (like this survey) were sent to her and forwarded to me. The repair was great, but the communication was not lacking, but just went to the wrong person. You guys did a great job overall, I was just annoyed filling out the initial paperwork and asking for the info to be sent to me and then not getting the response.
