Great experience. The connection between Farmers, Carstar, and Enterprise made my experience as painless as it could be. The staff was friendly, kept me informed, and even finished two days before the original time estimate. Great service. Even though the situations when I have to use them are are stressful and I certainly hope I won't need them again, I know that if I do need them, I know exactly where to go.

The customer service is excellent from the minute zero until the car is ready and delivered. I got updates about the state of my car on a regular basis and the service was complete **** day in advance of what was expected. Also, the coordination with Enterprise for the rental was excellent. You made the whole experience very easy and huzzle free for me. Thanks to a very professional and highly skilled team.

First, very attentive and courteous when I went to the reception desk. Second, they engage me in the process of doing the claim adjustment. Thirdly made me feel comfortable that the job would be completely taken care of. Fourth, during the job they communicated with me. Finally, when I went to pick up the car it was in excellent shape. These guys are good!

Great service! Amazing repair! And they let me make payments so that I could afford the work! I always went to Chevy but from now on I will go here ! I never had to question if I was being cheated ... they had the best prices and were very honest... they always go the extra mile for their customers!

The tail lights on the car did not work but the brake lights do.
There's also a Fastener missing off of the headlight assembly word hooks to the fender.
The inner Fender retaining pins are not in completely on a couple spots and there's also a spot where it pulls away from the fender on the back of the wheel well.

Brian was superb . His professional expertise and concerned help were much appreciated. My car was finished 48hours before promised so I was able to return my rental early and receive my deposit return in full. I was fully satisfied and will be a cheerleader for Carstar when needed. Thank you also for the new keyring. God bless
