You did an exceptional job on my car! You even went the extra mile and repaired (painted) the “ding” on the front passenger door plus finding and painting the rock “ding” in the front. You even surprised me by cleaning the backseat spot!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Not only did you fix the damage to my car, but you returned my car to me WAY cleaner than I left it. Both the interior and exterior were clean. Such a nice surprise! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Everything was great. I'm just upset about the cord that was hanging from my windshield around my rearview mirror. The body shop nor the windshield repair guy would initially take responsibility for it. I spoke w Jerry (Window man) when he called (Brian said he didn't want to be the middle man) and he finally said to text him my address and he would come Monday in the afternoon to fix it. He would not tell me what time - just that he would call in the afternoon about an hour before he gets to the house. I texted him and he hasn't responded. Today is Thursday- I picked the car up yesterday. The issue has not been resolved.

From start to finish, your team did an amazing job! I felt well taken care of throughout, and really appreciate the above-and-beyond customer service. Brian Walters in particular stood out as a rockstar by keeping me updated from the initial estimate to the end. Any emails I sent were promptly answered, and any concerns were addressed. And then there's the actual repair....which was great. My car looks good as new. They also cleaned up my car as a nice bonus. I've gotten body work done many times before, but Lenexa CARSTAR Collision is easily the best team I've ever worked with. They made the often-stressful experience of auto repairs as nice as possible. Great job, and thank you all again! I will be recommending your team to anyone that asks

There were 3 weeks between the time of the estimate and the repair appointment, yet the necessary parts were apparently difficult to find. The repair was supposed to take **** weeks and took 2, with uncertainty on exactly when the car would be finished. When I picked up my car, apparently something had gone wrong with the electrical system or the battery had been run down, because the clock and headlights had to be reset. On the good side, the repair appears to have been done and the car was detailed in an excellent manner.

It was very convenient to pick up/drop off the rental car at your shop and it was finished before it was promised. Very professional and the text to keep you up to date was nice. My car was clean and looked like new! I will highly recommend to my friends/family!
